SCS is led by founders Cliff Castilaw (left) and Jess Slaughter (right) who leverage years of experience in liquid measurement. In 2017, the hire of Gene Gradick Jr. augmented the executive team to facilitate the rapid growth that SCS has undertaken. The team brings a solid understanding of hydrocarbon measurement, business management, strategic growth, cost control and effective business culture.
